Our mission is to improve the quality of human society by teaching Yoga practice and meditation, promoting social and environmental awareness, and assisting the less privileged. Ananda Marga holds the ideal that human society is one without distinction of creed, ancestry, race, religion, sex, or status. Ananda Marga teaches “Neo-humanism”, which promotes the welfare of all beings. Ananda Marga actively organizes classes in libraries, schools, hospitals, prisons, and other institutions to promote the philosophy and practice of Yoga and meditation. Ananda Marga provides food, clothes, shelter, education, and medical assistance to disadvantaged people throughout the world and organizes economic development projects. |

Tantra, according to Shrii Shrii Ananda murtiji, is 95% practice and only 5% theory. What this means for spiritual aspirants is that the direct intuitional realization we achieve through our systematic sadhana is more important, more relevant to our lives, than meie learning.
Above all, our sadhana is to be experienced. By experimenting with our own sadhana, that is, by practicing the advice that Baba has given us, we can experience the deeper layers of the mind anelehe bliss that is the birthright of every human being "
The following techniques have come from Baba's published works or from seminar classes taught by the central office workers. Try them and you will enjoy deeperp nlore blissful sadhana.

According to Ananda Marga Yoga system, A'sanas should be done twice a day regularly combined with the meditation practice. It is better to do the A'sanas after meditation.
